All available works are for sale except for those marked with a red dot.
The artworks are typically unframed but can be framed upon request for an additional fee.
For framing requests, please contact me via email.

Certificate of Authenticity
The artworks are not signed, as they arise from an inner need to create.
Therefore, a retrospective signature does not make sense to me. A certificate of authenticity can be provided upon request.

Prices
The prices upon request in Euros, without considering the shipping costs.

Shipment
I typically ship using flat rates.
Please contact me for the exact delivery price.
The price of shipment varies according to the delivery address and from the weight.
National and international orders are shipped via DHL.

Responsability
I’m not responsible for lost, stolen or damages shipment by shipping carrier and/or clearance.

Return
you have a right to withdraw from this agreementand return the product for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery, date of the postmark. The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. You will be refunded within 30 days (as receipt of the cancellation request and subject to returning the product). The shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Payment
The prices are quoted in Euro without shipping costs. Only PAYPAL will be accepted.
The product is sent after receiving payment.

Taxes
The buyer is responsible for paying any taxesor charges imposed by the law of his country.
There is no german VAT applicable.

Verkaufsbedingungen
Alle verfügbaren Werke stehen zum Verkauf ausser die Werke mit einem roten Punkt.
Die Kunstwerke sind in der Regel ungerahmt, können aber auf Wunsch kostenpflichtig gerahmt werden.

Echtheitszertifikat
Die Kunstwerke sind nicht signiert, da die Arbeiten aus meinem inneren Bedürfnis heraus entstehen.
Eine nachträgliche Signatur macht für mich daher keinen Sinn. Ein Echtheitszertifikat kann auf Nachfrage erstellt werden.

Versand
In der Regel versende ich mit Flatrates
Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich für den genauen Lieferpreis.
Der Preis für den Versand variiert je nach Lieferadresse und Gewicht.
Nationale und internationale Bestellungen werden mit DHL verschickt.

Verantwortlichkeit
Ich bin nicht verantwortlich für verlorene, gestohlene oder beschädigte Sendungen durch Spediteure und/oder Abfertigung.

Rückgabe
Sie haben das Recht, von dieser Vereinbarung zurückzutreten und das Produkt für einen Zeitraum von 14 Tagen ab dem Datum der Lieferung, Datum des Poststempels, zurückzuschicken. Das Produkt muss in seiner Originalverpackung und in seinem ursprünglichen Zustand zurückgegeben werden.
Die Rückerstattung erfolgt innerhalb von 30 Tagen (nach Eingang der Widerrufserklärung und vorbehaltlich der Rücksendung des Produkts).
Die Versandkosten sind vom Käufer zu tragen.

Bezahlung
Die Preise sind in Euro ohne Versandkosten angegeben. Als Zahlungsmethode wird nur PAYPAL akzeptiert.
Die Ware wird nach Zahlungseingang versendet.

Steuern
Der Käufer ist verantwortlich für die Zahlung von
Steuern und Abgaben, die nach dem Recht seines Landes erhoben werden.
Es ist keine deutsche Mehrwertsteuer anwendbar.
